ISLAND COVE on beautiful Sage Lake

Beautiful yard and view from the well laid out house. Unfortunately, this house was not clean or well appointed. The master bath shower curtain was nasty brown and the bedding was mismatched comforter and pillow cases a, the closet was full of pillows of which many were dirty. The kitchen cabinets have so much stuff thrown the it was just a mess. The living room had peanuts and other trash at the front of the couch. Upstairs had not been vacuumed as there were some false eye lashes and dirt on the floor. The beds had bare box springs and iron rails with old comforters on top. I can continue but basically this is a great house but in dire need of a thorough cleaning and new complete linens. We will not pay the price to stay here again.

Wonderful property, with plenty of outdoor space. It’s in a nice small craft lake, pontoon available so you can enjoy it. There are kayaks and paddle boards, we used daily. On rainy days there’s a game room available. The property manager is excellent and handled all my questions in a timely manner.

Beautiful location on peninsula of Lake Sage. Room for dogs to run around, kids to play. Small but adequate beach area for kids. Outstanding lake views inside and out. Very pretty lake for pontoon rides. Easily accommodated 8 adults and two kids. Hosts very friendly with great communication and instructions. Very relaxing and restful, fairly quiet.

Our stay was so perfect in many ways! Nice beach for a 2 year old, a game room for teenagers, pontoon was so fun, and the entire house was very accommodating! We want to come back for sure!
